We will have space to discuss ways to learn about communities (history and cultural context), build relationships, and develop capacity for engagement.

Dietary Lipids: Who’s in Control?
This resource is a 50 minutes interactive and collaborative presentation that integrates the influences of policy, government regulations, and the food industry on dietary lipid consumption and resulting health outcomes. This resource is intended for medical students and may be used by medical educators to build awareness to the various factors affecting dietary lipid consumption and health.
