Queering Educational Practices in Dietetics Training: A Critical Review of LGBTQ Inclusion Strategies

This journal article addresses the specific concerns of the LGBTQ community in relation to nutrition and explores strategies for integrating principles related to LGBTQ care into nutritional counseling.
