Social Determinants of Health Training Plan

This is a comprehensive curriculum developed by the Illinois Public Health Foundation and offered to interested learners across the education spectrum. The series of online modules provide foundational knowledge about SDOH, contextualize SDOH within specific populations, and showcases interventions that have been designed to utilize SDOH knowledge. Learners can choose from a wide variety of courses within the curriculum that address many aspects of SDOH, and the courses themselves are all clearly categorized by time required for completion.
