More and more, technological changes and advancements are shaping the way primary care physicians practice today.
GIS (Geographic Information Systems) products are a potentially powerful tool for population health and chronic disease management. In this discussion, participants will gain a basic understanding of several available GIS products. They will also learn how GIS is being used to teach residents about the social determinants of health in the Northwestern Family Medicine Program at Lake Forest Hospital.
