This paper explores how the COVID‐19 pandemic and associated restrictions have affected clinical care and forensic medical documentation for sexual and gender-based violence survivors in the UK and Kenya. It includes some recommendations for how service providers might adapt to continue these services during the pandemic. It is a descriptive report of circumstances in each country, presumably based directly on the experiences of the authors, and does not describe methods. –Amy Brown, MD
