Results from paper show that the homeless population has a higher hospitalization rate during COVID-19 and once hospitalized has a higher rate of using of a ventilator. These findings enforces the importance of providing resources such as sanitation supplies, testing, and shelter to quarantine to the homeless population.–Clare Petrie, NCEAS
