Conference Aims
- Examine how healthcare delivery is adapting to changes related to social determinants of health (SDOH) and the integration of social care into clinical settings.
- Discuss and explore how educators are teaching about social and structural drivers of health in clinical and classroom settings in the contemporary U.S. context
- Share innovations in health professions education that prepare current and future providers to address SDOH and promote equitable, patient-centered care.
- Disseminate cutting-edge research, resources, and best practices that integrate SDOH into both clinical care and health professions education, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
