This article explores practical guidance for recognizing and safely identifying and responding to intimate-partner violence in telehealth encounters. The authors used the ADAPT‐ITT. Although oriented toward nurses and midwives, the recommendations are applicable to a variety of healthcare practitioners. It addresses an important concern regarding the shift to telehealth and the impact on certain populations. —Amy Brown, MD
