This resource discusses how a Geriatric Psychiatry group saw a need for training patients on how to use telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research assistants worked with patients individually to train them how to use the telemedicine system before their next appointment. The results of the study showed that providing one on one support patients felt more comfortable and used the telemedicine services more. –Clare Petrie
