The mission of the NCEAS is to prepare primary care clinicians with the expertise and leadership to address the social determinants of health (SDOH).

JHA aims to disseminate health advocacy endeavors in multiple formats as system-changing action, with the goal of sharing activities to provide useful, actionable and digestible information for practitioners, researchers, policy makers, community service providers, community members, families and youth in order to achieve effective advocacy and build efficient pathways to health equity.
