- Recognize the social and structural factors that influence patients’ health and care.
- Build skills to translate screening and identification into meaningful clinical and educational action.
- Apply practical strategies that empower healthcare professionals and learners to address identified needs and improve patient outcomes.
- Disseminate cutting-edge research, resources, and best practices that integrate SDOH into both clinical care and health professions education, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
